YSM for Building invests most of the company effort in R&D, in the fields of:

Building systems, waterproofing membranes, sealing systems for civil engineering, building elements and sprayable waterproofing sealants, thermal insulation improvements for structures, unique mortars, concrete mixtures and others.

More than 70% of YSM's income was invested in R&D.

The revolutionary development of the SRM sealing / roofing  membrane manifests a step forward in the state of art of the waterproofing and sealing  fields.

It is of our policy not to publish technical and commercial details, it is also of our policy not to lean our R&D projects upon national or public funds.

YSM is seeking for candidates for commercial cooperation,  for establishing new factories or broadening  existing ones. For others - YSM is seeking for world leading manufacturers to deal with on a base of franchise or license agreement.

Following is a partial, concise list of YSM's innovations which are in different stages of development. A part of them already became popular products in the markets, a part - still in a stage of development.
