The rights and know-how of the Domecrete system are registered under YSM for Building and Raphael Heifetz. 

The  know how that will be transferred in any type of rights agreement relates to the following issues:

1. Applying the Domecrete technology, on site.
2. Architectural aspects and principles:
   The architectural know-how was accumulated during the last 30 years, in large scale projects, all over the world.
   Various architectural solutions' both conceptual and detailed, enable us to provide large professional information, required for architectural applications of Domecrete system. A comprehensive experience in designing interior architectural spaces for various uses and profound knowledge in designing combined curved Domecrete structures.
3. The rules for designing Domecrete pneumatic forms.
4. Full specifications and technical details of Domecrete equipment.
5. Names & addresses of alternative manufacturers of Domecrete equipment.
6. Engineering of Domecrete shell constructions for various sizes and shapes, made of concrete, bricks, stone, light thermal concrete, fiberglass + polyurethane.
7. Waterproofing Domecrete structures in various climate regions, waterproofing expansion-joints and sealing details for a group of overlapping curved shells.
8. Thermal insulation applications, based on our experience in different climate environments, for different standards of energy saving.
9. Details and factors for cost evaluation for small and large projects.
10. Efficient use of equipment on site, in large scale construction project.
